Meet Niki Cuthbert
Niki Cuthbert (nee Beveridge) has been working with Mortgage Alliance West since 2009; gaining experience as a broker’s assistant and learning hands-on from leaders in the industry. The experience Niki has gained in her previous careers in purchasing and commercial restaurant design coupled with her knowledge and passion for numbers helps her work for her clients with a profound drive for customer satisfaction and excellence.
As a real estate investor in North Vancouver, Vancouver, and South Surrey for a number of years, Niki has a strong understanding of the market from the perspective of both home ownership and property investment.
