Birgit Vaskina joined Mortgage Alliance West in November, 2006 and now has 9 years experience in the industry. She was voted #1 Mortgage Broker by the Georgia Straight newspaper 2 years in a row. She specializes in residential, private and commercial mortgages and she is also able to assist international investors in obtaining financing in Canada. Birgit is a member of the Big Tsunami Business Networking International team. The group has a strong network of business professionals (realtor, insurance agents, home decorators etc.) who can help ensure that your home buying process goes smoothly every step of the way.
After living overseas for several years, she has a great appreciation and love for her home city of Vancouver. Her ability to speak in several languages which include Russian, German and Japanese, as well as her previous profession as a math instructor, lend well to her mortgage brokering skills.
